Hillandale’s one- and two-bedroom units are secluded among lush gardens in the picturesque Perth Hills.

This village offers a mix of Ingoing Contribution and Rental Units. We also provide essential practical support such as maintenance and gardening in the communal areas of the village, and quarterly financial information.

Hillandale Village has its own Village Manager, employed by us to support our residents.

The Village Manager’s job is to manage the day-to-day running of the village, and to point residents to services that may be useful to them.

This might include local facilities and services, such as transport, libraries, shops, hairdressers, vets or health clinics.
