SandBrook Assisted Aged Care is a 115 bed purpose-built facility located in Executive Drive, Burleigh Waters.
SandBrook combines both low and high levels of care to provide the full range of care options.

Churches of Christ Care-Gracehaven Aged Care Service is located in the heart of Bundaberg. The facility offers accommodation for 107 high and low care residents. Each room has an ensuite, wall heater and emergency call system.

Churches of Christ Care-Alf Popp Nursing Home offers 40-bed accommodation including one respite bed and is located within walking distance to the Maryborough Golf Club and the picturesque Ululah Lagoon and Park.

Churches of Christ Care-Barcoo Living Multi Purpose Service Blackall is a multi-purpose facility. This facility provides high and low level care to respite care, as well as home-based care.

Churches of Christ Care-Bribie Island Aged Care Services is a 52 low care and 62-bed high care facility. The Hostel provides rooms with ensuite facilities, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Qualified and dedicated staff offer personalised care.
