At this time with the Royal Commission investigating aged care facilities, and the shocking footage shown on TV, I would like to take the opportunity to say how privileged I am to have Mum in Opal By The Bay. I am so grateful to management, plus the wonderful ward staff and Edi's Lifestyle team for the kindness, patience and support given to the many vulnerable and frail residents in your care. In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.
