Rooms

All rooms throughout Kilpatrick Court have access to a number of different communal amenities which enhance the quality of life of the residents of Kilpatrick Court. 

Leading into the home is the spacious main foyer area, located adjacent to a communal Café which is available to residents, families and friends along with the broader community.  The Residential Care Manager, Deputy Residential Care Manager and the Resident Liaison Officer are located on the mezzanine level. 

Residents rooms are located on three levels above the mezzanine level of the home with nursing stations on each of the levels.  There are a number of lovely sitting rooms, dining rooms, lounge and activity areas throughout Kilpatrick Court. 

These areas provide places where residents can enjoy the company of other residents, family and friends, spend some quality ‘alone time’ and spiritual reflection or enjoy group activities.  Many of the communal areas enjoy expansive views of the lake or the mountains and there are also a number of communal balconies throughout the home. 

One of the unique features of Kilpatrick Court is the internal courtyard, around which the home has been designed.  This area facilitates opportunities for social interaction and time outdoors.

Other communal areas include a hairdressing salon and allied health rooms.
