We provide aged care homes that are warm, homely and welcoming. We endeavour to ensure Embracia always feels like home for each resident.

Our Household model is fundamental to our design and philosophy.  Our homes consists of several small households of approximately 20 residents.  Every household offers residents a unique, cosy community and culture where people can maintain their identity and have a sense of belonging.

Residents enjoy private single bedrooms with ensuites, and share open plan living areas, dining room, household kitchen and snug sitting rooms.

Life at Embracia

We assist people to live life to the fullest, whatever their individual needs and interests. We get to know you, your story and the things you love, so that we can ensure we offer you activities that you will enjoy. Our Lifestyle programs offer a wide variety of individual and group activities tailored to resident preferences.

Residents are also invited to participate in every-day tasks and activities around the home so they can make a meaningful contribution to their household.

We encourage families and friends to stay connected.  We do not have visiting hours; residents can welcome loved ones into their Embracia home when they wish, like they would at home.

We also understand how important the companionship of pets is, and in addition to having a number of resident pets, we are happy to discuss how we can keep a dearly loved pet in a resident’s life after they move in.
