We offer 104 stylish suites and studio apartments, all fully furnished including a private bathroom. The design comprises of 5 households each having 20 residents, enabling a more intimate environment with a sense of home.

Residents can be reassured that they will receive 24-hour medical assistance through our qualified nursing staff and GP service. We offer

Embracia is a leading dementia care provider. We use the Montessori Method of dementia care, which focuses on what people can do, rather than what they can’t. Our two dedicated dementia care households create a supportive dementia-friendly environment.

In Reservoir rooms, you can enjoy the comfort of your own room and private ensuite, built in wardrobes, heating system, ceiling fan and phone point, as well as a nurse call system.

The free app is easy to use and designed so family members, residents, and staff have 24/7 access to communication tools and support. Embracia Aged Care is introducing the app at both the Embracia Reservoir and Embracia Moonee Valley homes.
Last week was International Nurses Day (IND) – an important day for nurses to connect with their colleagues and for the community to demonstrate their appreciation for nurses everywhere.
