UPA Sydney North offers a mixture of independent living units and serviced apartments, situated in Sydney’s leafy North Shore. A serviced apartment offers more domestic and medical assistance, while still providing independent living. Our collection of homes include Rosetta Park Independent Living Units, St Ermes Court and Redleaf Serviced Apartments.

We are conveniently located close to transport and medical facilities, and are just a short stroll from the cafes and speciality stores of Wahroonga.

St Ermes Court

St Ermes Court offers one and two-bedroom apartments with garages, with a total of 24 independent living units. UPA is a not-for-profit aged care organisation, with dedicated staff offering care of the highest possible standard consistent with our Christian commitment.

UPA Sydney North aged care services offers organised activities for residents plus a weekly shopping bus for your convenience.

Redleaf Serviced Apartments

Redleaf Serviced Apartments are designed for those who need a little assistance every now and then. Offering independence, style, comfort and a community spirit our 52 fully serviced and secure apartments include meals, cleaning and 24-hour nurse call assist buttons as standard inclusions.

Each three levels include well-equipped laundries and beautifully appointed lounge rooms for entertaining and get togethers.

We organise a range of activities for our residents including happy hours, morning teas, bus trips, clothing displays, bingo, a knitters’ circle, gift and jewellery displays and many other events.

Rosetta Park Independent Living Units

Rosetta Park Independent Living Units offers 36 stunning apartments designed by award-winning architects Allen, Jack + Cottier. There are one, two and three-bedroom apartments to choose from and all include modern finishes such as black, ceramic cook-tops, stainless steel ovens and stone bench-tops.

You’ll find the apartments offer secure storage, basement car parking and a number of homes includes large balconies with district views for entertaining family and friends.

For your peace of mind, each apartment includes a 24-hour nurse call-assist button.

Thomas & Rosetta Agst Aged Care Service

Our beautifully appointed nursing home has a special emphasis on ensuring the security comfort and privacy of our residents. There is a 29 bed nursing home and 17 room hostel available on site with staff available 24-hours a day.

There is a 15 bed Dementia Specific Facility that aims to provide a home-like, well maintained environment with staff that address individual needs. Communal sitting and activity areas are available as well as a number of activity programs. Our meals are all served in a communal dining room.

Community Care Packages

We offer 44 community care packages for those living in the Ku-ring-gai area and Hornsby Shire and provide daily assistance for seniors who are still living at home. A UPA Sydney North community care package may include help with laundry, shopping, light household duties, post-operative care and transport.
