Our homes provide comfortable, safe and secure living within a friendly village community. UnitingSA Westminster Retirement Village’s independent living options offer affordable accommodation for seniors who want to live in Adelaide’s northern and western suburbs.

When you join our independent living community, you can expect independent living units with 1-3 bedrooms and some with built-in robes. You’ll also find our units have spacious open plan living and dining areas, modern kitchen facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning and good storage space.

All of our units are pet friendly, self-contained and low maintenance so you can spend your retirement doing the things you enjoy.

Location

We are conveniently located directly across the road from the local bus service, making it easy to get around. We’re also a couple of minutes’ walk from a reserve where the local sporting clubs play and is a great place for a pleasant walk among the greenery.

Grange train station is also only a couple of minutes away by car or an easy 10-minute walk.
We’re less than five minutes from The Grange Golf Club and The Royal Adelaide Golf Club if you feel like practicing your swing.

If you enjoy a walk on the beach and a seaside breeze, we’re located a short walk from the coastline. You’ll find here the Grange Jetty as well as plenty of cafes, walking trails and restaurants to enjoy.

Accommodation Fee

An affordable fortnightly maintenance fee is paid by our residents to maintain our village. This fee covers the cost of council rates, major home repairs, general building and grounds maintenance and building insurance. We also have an emergency after-hours maintenance service also available.
