All of our retirement residents pay an affordable, one-off entry contribution fee that allows you to live in the unit for the rest of your life or until you decide to leave.

Our residents also pay a fortnightly fee that covers village maintenance cost. This fee covers things such as general building and ground maintenance, insurance, council rates etc.
