Uniting AgeWell – Montrose offers a close-knit and welcoming community for retirees, located in the beautiful suburb of Montrose.

We have 14 one-bedroom independent living units available, with affordable rental options payable on a fortnightly basis. Each unit comes with an emergency call system, for your security and peace of mind.
Our village features include off-street parking and a community hall. We’re just a five minute walk to the local bus stop and five minutes from the Montrose town centre. In the town centre you’ll find plenty of convenience and amenity, including the Montrose IGA, cafes and more.

There’s also the Kevin Heinze People’s Gardens and the Montrose Brickworks Flora Reserve nearby, for when you feel like immersing yourself in a bit of greenery. It’s the ideal place to go for leisurely walks, have a picnic or simply people watch and be a part of the community.

We have our own village bus, which arranges regular trips and outings for our residents.

At Uniting AgeWell, our approach to retirement living is about being able to maintain your own personal space, sense of community and independence. We have a number of options for single and couples and a range of independent living accommodation styles.

Our independent living units are ideal for either singles or couples and we also offer community and social housing for those who are on a limited income.

All of our residents can join in on a range of social activities organised by the village, such as luncheons, social gatherings, excursions, shopping trips and more.
