Independent Living

A range of living options are available at Bentley Park, including villas and apartments. All the villas and apartments at Bentley Park have been designed around a concept known as ‘adaptable housing.’

This means that certain design features can easily be altered that may be necessary as residents age.

Each villa and apartment includes a private courtyard or a balcony for keen gardeners.

We have rental options available, so our village is able to suit most budgets.

SwanCare at Home

We understand you may have additional care needs, but want to still remain independent for as long as you can.

That’s why we offer SwanCare at Home packages, this is a tailored service that may include nursing, cleaning, cooking and personal care, allowing you to stay at home for as long as you can.

Visitor Accommodation

We have four visitor accommodation villas which family and friends are welcome to book. Each villa fits between 1-4 guests and is a short walk from your home.

The villas are rented out on either affordable daily or week rates, visitors parking is also available.
