MiCare - Princess Margriet Village

Located in the leafy streets of Dandenong Road, Princess Margriet Village is situated close to the local shopping area and surrounded by tranquil bushland.  

Princess Margriet Village’s independent living units have been custom built to reflect the characteristics of a typical Dutch town and provide safe, affordable and stylish accommodation to local seniors. Residents are offered a safe and secure environment where they can choose a private lifestyle or take part in community activities with like-minded individuals.

This beautiful cottage-style village consists of 14 one-bedroom independent living units. Each unit features a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, built-in wardrobes, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, car space and a garden.

Bus services operate from just outside the village entrance.

Regular social activities are offered including indoor bowls, cards, happy hour and a volunteering program.

To allow you to live as independently as possible in your own home, MiCare also provides home and community care services including personal care, laundry services, nursing assistance, meal delivery and home & garden maintenance.

Two and two plus bedroom units are available, varying in size and layout. Each unit features a spacious open plan living and dining area, designer kitchen (with Bosch stainless steel appliances & stone benchtops), built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, laundry, car space, small garden space. Ample parking for visitors is available within the village.
