Baptistcare Bethel Village offers a community centre with facilities for residents to host functions, as well as a pool table, library as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Our village is comprised of 31 retirement villas which are leased to a community of friendly, active and outgoing residents.

Our village is ideal for those looking to be close to all the necessary amenities, while also wanting to enjoy the serenity of down south living.

We have 31 one- and two-bedroom units to choose from, each home features:

All shared garden spaces are maintained by a professional gardener.

Our village was built in the 1980s and is adjacent to Bethel Residential Aged Care, which encourages friendships between members of our village and hostel through the many organised activities we offer.

This also means that if one day you require additional nursing care, you won’t have to leave the community.

We are a pet friendly village, subject to application and good behaviour.
