AnglicareSA Grandview Heights has two bedroom and one bathroom units equipped for easy access for older people. The 24 independent living units are modern and bright.

Independent Living Units

All of our units are spacious and light-filled, with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a two-way bathroom.

The units have been designed for easy, low-maintenance living.

For your peace of mind, all independent living units have an emergency call button installed.

Our Village

Our village is designed for residents over the age of 55 who have retired from full time employment.

Residents get to enjoy their independence and privacy, with access to additional services if needed including home care and healthcare services. Healthcare services include on-site nursing and visiting health services.

Facilities and amenities that our village provides include an onsite café, hairdressing and beauty salon and residents’ lounge. We also have resident transport available.

In our village, you are welcome to be as social as you like or if you prefer, you can relax in your unit. We have a lovely, terraced barbeque area and a residents’ lounge that offers magnificent views. Plus, there’s a range of activities and events organised for you to participate in if you wish.  

Location

We are perfectly positioned being 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the city. We are located in the leafy suburb of Trott Park, which is an established community with plenty of local amenities and attractions.

We are co-located with AnglicareSA Trott Park residential aged care facility, so if you require additional aged care services, you won’t have to leave your community. The residential aged care site also provides additional social opportunities.
