It has been designed over two floors with rooms on level 1 enjoying panoramic views of the city and coast. Dudley Foord House is located in the modern residential area of The Ponds, adjacent to Anglicare’s retirement living village. Since opening in 2017, Dudley Foord House has been welcomed into the local community and is home to 104 residents.

Porter Lodge is a residential aged care home and is located on the same site as Anglicare’s Minto Gardens retirement village. Porter Lodge has accommodation for 100 residents each with their own private room and ensuite. Thoughtfully designed, residents live in small community groups each with its own spacious lounge, resident kitchen and dining area.

Situated amongst natural bushland and the quiet, leafy streets the home creates a peaceful environment for residents and will be home to 107 residents.
