To Whom it may Concern, My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to compliment and register our many thanks and appreciation for the most professional, caring and compassionate staff at Providence Nursing facility, Bacchus Marsh. In caring for our Aunty, Beverley aged 97, over the past 15 months of her life (unfortunately Beverley passed away on August 18, 2020), Dot and her staff, not only nursing but it was from every aspect of staff that went above & beyond to make certain that Beverley lived in a very happy, stable and caring environment which was like being in your own home and we know not all facilities are as outstanding as Providence. We have been truely blessed to have been able to watch these beautiful people take great care of our loved family member. The facility in its self is beautiful, the amenities, the cleanliness, the food, were always of a very high standard, it was always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by Admin, nothing was ever a bother and this was with all staff. We always received weekly newsletters, timetable of activities and were well informed of what was going on around the place. Dot and the Nursing staff were very attentive and we were well informed at all times, with phone calls, personal meetings, emails etc. This was very prevalent in the last weeks of Beverley’s life. We take great pleasure in sending this and expressing our gratitude and thanks to each and every member of their team and feel that this nursing facility fully deserve our praise, thanks and gratitude for their outstanding care of Beverley!
