Your Care
At Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence, we have the capacity to support up to 142 seniors. Surrounded by a safe and caring community, you will soon feel at home while receiving expert care.
We offer superior or premium single rooms or superior companion rooms, each with individual air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Our priority is to support you to continue doing the things you love most and achieve the highest level of independence. Dedicated staff focus on your individual needs and specific requirements because we understand every person is unique.
Registered Nurses and Carers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while the emergency call system means help is never far away. The following services are available: a visiting GP, dentist, physiotherapy, podiatry, diversional therapy, speech therapy and pharmaceutical services.
Food & Lifestyle
Enjoy a five-star lifestyle at TriCare Cypress Gardens with freshly cooked meals approved by a Dietitian. Our in-house Chefs pride themselves on preparing a large variety of nutritious meals made with fresh seasonal produce. The spacious dining room is a great meeting hub during mealtimes, while the alfresco areas with covered outdoor seating are popular for social gatherings all-year-round.
The modern café serves barista coffee along with a wide selection of snacks to be enjoyed with family and friends. Our contemporary indoor lounges are a favourite choice for entertaining as floor-to-ceiling windows create a light-filled space.
Our custom designed lifestyle program offers a range of activities that you can choose from our diverse range of lifestyle activities. Our dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator organises and manages a variety of daily activities to keep you active and socially connected. Make friends and have fun with your choice of group activities, social events, and community outings. You can join in as little or as much as you like.

Ruth La Rocca is no exception. She is the in-house hairdresser at TriCare Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence and says it is a most rewarding and satisfying job she has ever had.
It’s a far cry from providing physiotherapy to miners in northern Queensland; however resident physiotherapist, Victor Lenskyj rates his job with TriCare Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence allied health program as one of the most rewarding of his career.
Family owned and operated TriCare will open a state-of-the-art, architecturally-designed extension to Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence at Clear Island Waters in May 2017.
