The Heights offers respite care in both our mainstream and memory support areas as an alternative to permanent care. The level of room available for your respite stay will be dependent upon availability. Our rooms incorporate up-to-the-minute features to ensure your safety and comfort; including wall-mounted televisions, Foxtel and telephone connections (service fees may apply), power points, emergency call buttons, PIN coded safes, height-adjustable beds and bedside tables. For your peace of mind, The Heights is secured by a state-of-the-art security system, and all common areas are monitored by CCTV.

Our classic rooms offer single-bed accommodation with a private ensuite. All rooms include interior-designed furnishings, carpeted flooring and window dressings. They also feature a fully air-conditioned and heated combined living and bedroom area flooded by natural light and modern recessed lighting. Residents of our standard rooms enjoy the home comforts of a built-in wardrobe, wall-mounted television, and ample cupboard space; a spacious, modern and private ensuite bathroom with a built-in vanity unit, easy-access shower and toilet; plus access to a choice of shared indoor and outdoor living areas.
