St Paul de Chartres Residential Aged Care is located in Boronia Heights and provides aged care and accommodation for 98 residents in a welcoming and home-like environment.
The home features four individual wings, each with its own lounge area. Single bedrooms are spacious well-appointed and include a private ensuite bathroom, space for personal items and views of the beautiful surrounding gardens.
A dementia-specific unit provides specialised care in a secure environment.
Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence for as long as possible, however as their care needs increase, dedicated care staff can provide personal care such as assistance with showering and dressing.
Outside, a beautiful serenity garden is available to all residents. Residents can enjoy the outdoors surrounded by fragrant flowers and trees.
A comprehensive lifestyle and activities program coordinated by dedicated nursing staff, a lifestyle team and pastoral care workers, is offered to all residents. Activities include gentle exercise programs, craft, visiting entertainers, shopping trips, picnics and bus outings.
Respite care is also available at St Paul de Chartres Residential Aged Care. Places are limited so bookings are essential.
