As well as providing a total care service to our residents, Duhig Village offers respite care for carer relief.
Here our residents are treated to a holistic approach to care. An enjoyable lifestyle is one where personal, spiritual and physical needs are met and we attempt to fulfill requirements across all three fundamental needs.
A retirement village is currently in development and will be co-located at Duhig. This will benefit residents who have partners who are able to live independently, meaning the independent partner may be able to live in the retirement village and still live close by.
Duhig village is a proud participant in the Spark of Life program. This program has seen great success in returning the spark to the lives of residents with Dementia.
SHARED ROOM - 2 BED. Superior room with shared ensuite. The shared rooms are generously sized to allow for the two residents or partners to receive care and welcome guests. Each room has its own bay window, shared ensuite and built in wardrobe. Each room has additional furniture provided, including electric bed, bedside chests with lockable drawer, overbed table and armchairs. Minimum room size 28.94m2.
