Located adjacent to picturesque Lake Wendouree in a leafy neighbourhood close to all amenities, Nazareth House in Ballarat has provided care of the aged for 120 continuous years. Nazareth House Ballarat is a 125 bed residential aged care facility with 45 high care, 80 low care and 15 secure dementia beds. A community of seven Sisters are intimately involved in all aspects of the Ballarat Community and they support staff and residents daily through spiritual, pastoral, physical and social care.
Resident care includes:
Single room with ensuite. Rooms are well lit with ample natural light through generous windows and excellent electrical lighting plus a reading light above the bed. Floor coverings are high quality vinyl or easy-clean carpet and in excellent condition. All rooms are tastefully decorated with curtains, spacious built-in robes and various furniture options including a vanity, and drawer or desk units. In addition to our historic building, a major redevelopment at Nazareth House Ballarat means that many of our rooms are new, and reflect a very high standard of decor and presentation. Room size is 20-22m2.

Nazareth House Ballarat is the best Aged Care Facility I have come across. It is warm, welcoming and the food is excellent. It raises the bar in service. The staff go out of there way to welcome you and truly care.
Narareth House is the best Nursing Home I have ever seen. I am a nurse and I have seen many. The attention to detail of the individual needs of every new addition to the Nazzie family is exceptional. Each resident is treated with the utmost respect and integrity that is second to none.Theybare treated like an individual and loved. The food,staff,rooms and cleanliness are amazing. All staff become life long friends. If you want a guarantee that your loved and adored mother or father is going to received the absolute best care look,no further Nazzie House is the one!
