Spacious rooms overlook the sunlit garden courtyard designed for residents and their families to enjoy.
We provide specialised dementia care in a safe and secure environment. We are committed to offering dedicated programs to enhance and enrich the lives of our residents which gives them every opportunity to function at their greatest potential and enjoy life.
Residents are cared for with the utmost respect, dignity and understanding, and are assisted to achieve the best possible physical health and social-emotional well-being. They are treated as individuals, and are encouraged, and enabled, to make decisions and exercise choice regarding their own daily care routines.
We pride ourselves on enabling those who are socially and financially disadvantaged to experience quality aged care in a supportive and fulfilling environment.

Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) residents, families and staff have donated toys, groceries, toiletries, Christmas treats, fund raising & baking to the MACG 2022 Christmas Giving Trees.
During the first lockdown, Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) residents and staff made and photographed a series of heartfelt messages to exchange with families and friends. Families joined in and emailed their return messages; this saw a wonderful increase in emailed communication & photos shared between residents and families.
At Medical & Aged Care Group Carrum Downs Aged Care ,residents and staff love swapping recipes & cooking… especially homemade pizza!
