SINGLE ROOM Room without private ensuite. The rooms are in good condition and offer standard fixtures and fittings which include electronic high/low adjustable bed with pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, lockable storage, and visitor chair. All rooms are equipped with nurse-call points, have telephone connection capability, good lighting and standard window dressings. In additions these rooms are equipped with ceiling tracks to assist with the transfer of residents who can no longer mobilise and require full assistance with mobility needs. Heating and cooling in the room is provided via centrally controlled reverse cycle air conditioning. The rooms have no en-suite but have access to communal bathrooms which are spacious to accommodate lifters and specialised equipment such as tilted shower chairs, large mobile baths. The communal bathrooms are equipped with heat lamps and exhaust fans for the residents' general comfort. Some rooms have a direct access to beautiful courtyards/internal gardens, and others have access to balconies. These rooms have been designed to maintain and maximise safety and security and allow for the provision of specialised care where cognitive loss and/or mobility loss are severe.

SINGLE ROOM Deluxe Room with private ensuite. These recently renovated rooms offer quality fixtures and fittings which include electronic high/low adjustable bed with pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, lockable storage, and visitor chair. All rooms are equipped with nurse-call points, have telephone connection capability, quality lighting and window dressings. These rooms have large or bay windows giving you a nice view out side. Some of these rooms are equipped with ceiling tracks to assist with the transfer of residents who can no longer mobilise and require full assistance with their mobility needs. Heating and cooling in the room is provided via individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning, whilst bathrooms have 3-in-1 bathroom ducted heat-light and exhaust fan for ultimate comfort. Some of these rooms even have a Flat Screen Television set installed. These rooms have been designed to maintain independence and maximise safety and security. Residents living in our facility have access to a range of large communal areas. Please note that all the LHI facilities are non-smoking.
