We provide all types of aged care support, whether it is high care or low care for the short term or the long term. We treat our residents with respect and care and encourage them to make their own choices for their aged care.

Health Care

Residents are encouraged to remain in contact and cared for by their own doctor, who they have established a relationship with. However if their doctor is unable to visit then we are able to arrange another doctor or specialist.

Complementary Health Services

Our facilities include many complementary health services, including

• Dental Services – when required
• Podiatry Services – Regular visits available to residents who require it
• Dietician – When your treating doctor or nursing staff make a referral
• Physiotherapy – Provides one-to-one and group sessions

Other Health Services

We can also arrange for residents to access chosen therapies and residents also have their own choice of therapist. However the cost of these therapies are paid for by the resident.

The therapies included are:

• Optometrist
• Massage
• Audiology and Audiometry
• Prescribed medication as prescribed by a pharmacist

At our facilities you will be treated to fresh food all cooked in our kitchens with a diverse menu prepared by our chefs. We also cater for special diets (low fat, texture modifications etc).

All facilities also provide sherry, wine, port and beer with ‘happy hours’ and some programmed events.
Some facilities also have refrigerators in rooms for resident’s personal use, to store their own food and drink.

Other Services

Residents will find that we provide an in house laundry service. Garments are washed and dried, with special care taken with delicates.

There are also hair-dressing services available, some facilities include this in their extra services others leave the cost up to the responsibility of the resident.

There are plenty of planned activities for residents to enjoy, participation is entirely voluntary and residents (plus their family and friends) are encouraged to suggest activities and entertainment ideas to the facility.

All facilities have access to a couch (with wheelchair access) and provide creative and internet-based groups for residents to achieve maximum satisfaction, stimulation and entertainment.
