Helping Hand Northgate is a state of the art aged care home that has a model of care never seen before. Offering low, high and secure care services throughout 110 spacious rooms.

Located only 8 kilometres from the CBD and nestled within the Lightsview precinct, residents can remain a strong part of the local community and will have easy access to public transport.

Helping Hand recognise that choice is central to the way they provide care, the Northgate residential site supports an increased focus on lifestyle and wellness. Staff work closely with residents and their families in order to provide care reflective of each individuals specific needs.

The aged care home is situated on beautifully landscaped grounds covering 1.1 hectares; offering city views and a unique expanse in metropolitan Adelaide.

Helping Hand currently has three vacancies in the secure memory support unit at our care home in Lightsview. 

Lightsview is one of our newer homes. Its award winning design makes the most of natural light and a spectacular city skyline view. This fully accredited facility offers accommodation for up to 110 people, and the majority of rooms overlook the gardens that have been created to capture the fragrance, texture and colours of the South Australian landscape. All rooms are comfortably furnished with electric beds, built-in wardrobes, lockable storage, fabric curtains and carpet. In addition, each room is fitted out with wide doors, a nurse call point and an individually controlled air conditioning system.
