Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with special items and mementos. Each resident has their own wardrobe, bedside locker and a comfortable lounge chair. Nurse call is also accessible in each bedroom.
Hardi Aged Care Guildford spans over two levels with a mix of single and companion accommodation. There is a large outdoor area which is regularly used for BBQs, outdoor activities and residents spending time with family and friends.
A secure dementia specific wing has been designed to provide a comfortable and home-like environment for residents living with dementia. Added security measures provide peace of mind and ensure that residents will not be able to wander if they become confused or disoriented. The wing include a large lounge room, sensory room and regular specialist activities.
