The Spurway Community cottages either accommodate 12, ten or eight residents. Two cottages have private rooms with ensuites while in-house has private rooms with shared bathrooms.
Spurway is a three minute walk to Murrumbeena train station and there is a bus service that stops right outside the front door. Off-street parking just 40 meters down the road.
Spurway Community offers a range of different activates for the residents of the home including an inter-generational program with the local child care centre for story time.
There is a lovely external environment with garden courtyards designed to attract our residents outdoors.
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment or a combination of both.
A refundable deposit is paid as lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payment.
SINGLE ROOM House 2 Room with no ensuite. Spacious carpeted room with freestanding 2 door wardrobe and 4 drawer bedside unit with lockable valuables drawer. Room is located in a cottage style house accommodating 10 residents. All rooms are air-conditioned and centrally heated. Each room has points for telephone and television. Room size is 13.5m2.
