Drysdale Grove is located in a small coastal community, is built upon the premise that a warm, comfortable and social environment is important in providing residents a place that is as safe and familiar to them as their own homes.  We focus on ensuring that residents are provided the time and support to adapt to significant lifestyle changes and help to minimise any disruption during the adjustment period.

Drysdale Grove offers ageing in place for residents requiring low care, high care, respite and dementia specific care.  Recognising the immediate and long-term individual needs of residents, we provide holistic physiological and psychological care with a focus on maintaining resident’s dignity and independence.

Spacious single rooms with en-suite bathrooms, wheel chair accessible manicured gardens, stimulating indoor and outdoor activities, fresh homemade food and rooms furnished with personal mementoes make Drysdale Grove as close as possible to a home away from home for our residents.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDS

Drysdale Grove offers residents the opportunity to indulge in a relaxed, friendly, community orientated environment and in many cases continue to live in a familiar environment. Drysdale Groves’ premier position provides residents and their families and friends, convenience through close proximity to the local community library, medical clinics, banks, supermarket, post office, bus stops and local shopping precinct. Within a few kilometres of Drysdale Grove lies the picturesque billabong, Port Phillip Bay as well as wineries and rolling hills.

At Drysdale Grove we aim to recreate this feel of close community within the facility by creating a relaxed, friendly and supportive  environment – All the things you would expect in your own home.

CARING AND EXPERIENCED STAFF

A team of qualified, experienced and compassionate Staff are in attendance 24 hours per day and a rigorous recruitment, induction and continuous training program is in place to ensure the highest standard of commitment and professional care is delivered to all residents in our government approved home.
