The Terrace
These premium apartments are designed to help residents maintain their independence and individuality, while enjoying nursing support within elegant and comfortable surrounds.
The Grove
This is a specially designed united to cater to residents living with dementia. Residents can continue to interact and integrate with the rest of the village while living in a secure and comfortable environment.
The Grange
These spacious and private rooms offer ensuite bathrooms and exceptional furnishings and décor. In addition, residents can enjoy a host of premium extra services to make their stay even more comfortable.
Bluegum
Bluegum provides care for residents who require a high level of support. The area features well-appointed private and companion rooms, all of which have comfortable furnishings. In addition, many of these rooms feature lovely views of the Lake Parramatta Reserve.

Courtlands Retirement Village stands out from most other centres not only because of its position and beautiful surroundings (albeit sun burnt in the last few months of scorching heat – now recovering with torrential rains) with an atmosphere of fellowship and security.
Three and a half years ago, Kristen registered to become a member of the NSW Berkshire Park – Rural Fire Services Station. A brave and important decision in her life, hoping to give back to her community.
Last year, Christadelphian Aged Care welcomed a new mental health registered nurse, Sinead Hayes to their organisation. This new position is designed to focus on the emotional support and mental health of aged care residents. Since then, Sinead’s team has grown to include a unique employee.
When Rachel Laing first started volunteering at Courtlands - Christadelphian Aged Care around three years ago she didn’t realise how much she would gain from the experience.
Phil Thompson worked as a photographer for much of his life, and was on the Harbour when the Japanese subs invaded Sydney. Phil, now a resident at Courtlands Village in North Parramatta, grew up dirt poor in Sydney’s inner west in the 1930s after his father contracted tuberculosis.
