Clermont Aged Care provides the highest quality aged care and accommodation to 55 residents in this welcoming and comfortable home.
Care staff work together with residents, their families, health professionals and volunteers to provide and maintain the dignity and quality of life for each and every resident.
A comprehensive activities program is offered with regular bus outings, visiting entertainers, celebrations of birthdays and other special days.
All meals are prepared in consultation with a qualified dietician. A wide variety of meals are offered three time a day with extra fruit, tea and coffee available to residents and their guests.
On the second last Wednesday of every month, a special Silver Service High Tea is served to all residents.
Beautiful lush landscaped gardens and comfortable communal lounge areas provide residents with a pleasant and relaxing space to spend time with family and friends.

SHARED ROOM - 4 BED. The rooms are rectangular in shape. They overlook a garden area and district views. They contain electric High/Low beds for each resident, a bedside table and a wardrobe for each resident. All beds have a staff call button. All rooms are centrally air conditioned. There are curtains and blinds on the windows. The floor covering s vinyl and in good condition.
