There are three room types available - apartment-style rooms with kitchenettes which are suitable for singles and couples , standard single rooms (some adjoining for couples) – each featuring modern and luxurious furnishings and fittings, Superior rooms offer balconies and/or glorious views
Large outdoor spaces featuring landscaped gardens offer residents the perfect area to socialise or relax with family and friends. Multiple terrace areas and a BBQ are also ideal places to host gatherings.
An on-site chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals which can be enjoyed by residents in the modern lounge and dining areas. A range of specialist dietary requirements can be catered for.
BlueCross Livingstone Gardens has a secure specialist wing for people living with dementia as well as a dementia day care wing aimed at offering support to the wider community.

BlueCross Livingstone Gardens offers a Day Respite Program for carers of people living with dementia. A range of stimulating activities are provided including painting, carpet bowls, singalongs, movies in the cinema and joining walking groups with residents of the facility.
The program is in operation Mondays to Thursdays from 9:30am until 3:00pm with morning and afternoon tea and lunch provided.
Classic Suites are all private rooms with ensuite. Some rooms offer elevated views of the central courtyard, garden, or surrounding suburbs. Some rooms with a Juliet balcony allowing the balcony door to be opened for fresh air and better views.

Deluxe rooms at Livingstone Gardens are spacious and most have views of the surrounding neighbourhoods. Each room has ample space for your treasured dressing table, bookshelf or armchair, as well as memorabilia. BlueCross provides a height adjustable bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, individually controlled air-conditioning and hydronic heating, wall-mounted flat screen television and a private ensuite.

Livingstone Gardens’s Apartments are generous and may overlook the residence’s landscaped gardens, the hills of the Dandenong Ranges, or have views on to one of the private courtyards. They all feature a bedroom with ensuite, a lounge/dining room with kitchenette. Each suite features 2 balconies, except for the ground floor suite which opens onto the terrace. The suites provide all the amenities and furnishings of a standard room. In addition, a sofa, a wingback chair, a coffee table and a dining table and chairs are supplied.

I am thrilled with my brother's care and support in livingstone gardens. I can't thank Eamonn and Damian enough for all the help they gave me organizing my brothers transition to the facility. As my brother is special needs it was an extremely stressful time for me but now i know that he is being well cared for and extremely happy . In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.

An innovative, intergenerational program hosted at BlueCross’ Livingstone Gardens Aged Care Residence, and devised by Livingstone Primary School, is closing the gap between the old and new generations.
BlueCross Livingstone Gardens will open its doors to all, this Sunday the 19th of February with a Community Open Day.
