My mother has been living at Blue Cross Gardenia for 3 years now. She suffers from dementia and gets a bit agitated at times because she doesn’t remember where she is. I can’t speak highly enough of the caring staff working there. They can calm her down when I can’t. They are very understanding and caring and never get impatient with her. The Lifestyle staff also know how to get her laughing and I can definitely recommend Blue Cross Gardenia to anyone who is going through the highly emotional task of finding a good and reputable aged care facility.

The Management and Staff at Gardenia were impeccable in assisting my father to settle into his new style of living after living alone for 30 years. A big thank you to Ian Thomas and Kirsteen Mac enzie for their excellent work during my fathers transition period......

Opal HealthCare Set to Expand with Acquisition of BlueCross Aged Care and Home Care Services

In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.
