The design of Chelsea Manor is a tribute to neoclassic design, with stained glass windows, a grand lobby with an atrium, waterfall and chandelier.

Further inside there are multiple living spaces featuring deep armchairs, a piano, gas fireplaces and a serene tropical aquarium. Windsor House is the Chelsea Manor dementia wing and its calming wall tones and tropical fish tank make it a soothing, dementia-friendly environment.

With its box hedges and rose bushes, the outdoor area at Chelsea Manor is the perfect place to unwind with a book or conduct important events, such as memorial and thanksgiving services.

All rooms either have views of the private courtyards, boundary gardens or private access to the communal garden.

Home-cooked, nutritionally-balanced meals are the core of the Chelsea Manor menu. Meals are freshly prepared daily by the onsite chef.

When coffee-hour hits, residents need look no further than Café de Nick, the residence coffee shop serving up baked treats and freshly brewed coffee.

They are generous and provide space for you to bring your favourite armchair and display your cherished memorabilia. Each room has a height adjustable single bed, abedside table, a built in wardrobe, a built in corner display shelf, a kitchenette, telephone and television connection points, a wall mounted flat screen television, hydronic heating, and a private ensuite. Some rooms also have interconnecting doors and may be suitable for couples.

Very impressed with Chelsea Manor and staff are most helpful and friendly. Facility is beautifully presented - rooms and views are very good and the environment is one of peace and tranquillity.

Opal HealthCare Set to Expand with Acquisition of BlueCross Aged Care and Home Care Services

In approximately June this year and subject to regulatory approvals, ownership of BlueCross’ 31 Aged Care Residences and its Home Care services will be transferred to Opal HealthCare.
