Bankstown City Aged is the leading charitable aged care provider in the Bankstown region. For nearly 40 years we have provided quality care to our frail and aged residents and clients.

We are made up of 14 member organisations including Registered Clubs, Lions and Rotary Clubs, Bankstown Health Service and Bankstown Council.

Our vision is to create caring environments to support the rights and dignity of the local aged community and those living with dementia.

Our services include Residential Care, Home Based Services and a Dementia Day Centre.

Our Yallambee Village at Revesby is made up of three areas – The Esme Hilton OAM House, The Ray McCormack OAM House and the 37 single rooms

The Esme Hilton OAM House was built in 2009. It has 60 Ageing In Place beds, and is built on two floors. All residents enjoy their own room and ensuite. A large recreation room, home theatre area, two dining rooms, hair salon, quality furnishings and artwork are all features of the building.

The Ray McCormack OAM House is made up of 8 single rooms with ensuite, built around a central lounge and kitchen area. It is home-like, cozy and provides low care to its residents.

The remaining 37 rooms are single units with ensuite, built in motel-like style accommodation. It is for low care residents. Respite rooms are also available.

  • Personal and confidential information: Do not post reviews that contain the personal and confidential information of another person.
  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
  • Telephone Numbers and Web Links: To prevent adverts and spam, we do not permit phone numbers or web links.
  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted. If you have a personal complaint to make about an aged care facility we encourage you to contact your provider directly using the details provided on their listing. Alternatively you can submit a complaint via the Government’s Aged Care Complaints Scheme.
