One of the most important ways of supporting the development of these relationships is our internationally recognised Dedicated Staff Assignment, which we won a 2015 Better Practice Award from the Australian Aged Quality Agency.
Arcare’s Dedicated Staff Assignment involves all staff committing to work regular shifts with exactly the same small group of residents every time they come to work.

Arcare has twenty two aged care residences throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Greater Geelong. We also operate a home care division, which provides transport, domestic, social and disability support services, as well as home care packages.

My father has only been there for a fortnight but so far I am impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. They have been really terrific during his settling in period, and they make excellent coffee on site! (It may seem like a small thing, but for a man who likes a cappuccino, it's wonderful!)
It really is beautiful, clean, the staff have all been fantastic and so caring! The other patients are all happy, it really is perfect!
On the 22nd of November Arcare Caulfield arranged a picnic for residents from Arcare Caulfield, Brighton and Keysborough. 24 residents went to Albert Park for an afternoon of enjoying the lake and basking in the opportunity to meet people from different residences.
To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, Arcare Aged Care hosted events across their 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria by recognising long service team members and announcing the inaugural Star Awards nominations.
