Amana Living – Moline House is located in the beautiful coastal suburb of Karrinyup, north of Perth’s CBD. The house is within easy reach of local shops, parklands and public transport.
Each bedroom suite is filled with natural light and opens out onto landscaped gardens or stunning views from a balcony. Each suite has a private sitting area with a kitchenette, separate bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Outside, residents can enjoy a leisurely stroll around the tranquil gardens and admire the well-tended flowers and vegetables. A two-storey atrium houses a variety of shrubs and ferns. A small play area is available for visiting grandchildren.
Indoors, residents can relax or socialise in one of two comfortable lounge areas, two dining/community rooms or two intimate sitting rooms.
The Rose Room is a favourite amongst residents and is a space where they can quietly read, browse the library or play board/card games. An computer kiosk gives residents access to the internet.
Moline House is also known for its popular English-style pub.
A comprehensive lifestyle program is offered to all residents. A hair salon, minimart and therapy room is also available.
