Located close to the Swan River on a quiet residential street, Aegis Balmoral is easily accessible from the Kwinana Freeway. Cafés, restaurants and the Perth Zoo are only a short walk or drive away.

As we have only had our family in residence for two weeks it is early days.So far the accommodation and care is very good and they have coped with an on site health issue over the Christmas period .The staff have been friendly and attentive.
