The market is great place to meet friends for coffee and buy the best and most varied fresh and affordable foods available in Melbourne.

It has ground and first floor units with a mixture of one and two bedroom units along with individual balconies on the first floor and courtyards on the ground floor. Jacaranda Court has well maintained lawns and gardens. Pets are allowed at Jacaranda Court, upon prior agreement with Royal Freemasons.

Amenities Included in the Fees

General maintenance and gardening, rates and water usage are included in the fees. Secure entry is provided for all units. Undercover resident’s car parking is available together with off street visitor parking.
