Acacia Court, Whittington, Geelong is designed for retirement age singles and married couples. It has one bedroom units on the ground and first floor units with individual balconies on the first floor and courtyards on the ground floor.

All units are light and spacious and are provided with heating and some with cooling. The bedroom and en suite enter from an open plan lounge room and kitchen area. The laundry, including dryer, is a shared facility mid level where individual clotheslines are supplied.

Acacia Court is located just 2.5 km from the commercial centre of Geelong and 450m from the Newcomb shopping precinct with its large range of shops and services – handy to just about everything you need and serviced by excellent public transport to the wider Geelong community.

Amenities Included in the Fees

General maintenance, rates and water usage are included in the fees. Secure entry is provided for all units. Resident’s car parking is available together with off street visitor parking. There is also a small Community Centre and BBQ area for residents.
