Jincy is a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with more than 6 years of experience in Australia and overseas. Jincy started her career in Australia as a Nursing Assistant in an aged care facility in Canberra and has worked for many years as a front line nurse, supporting the elderly and vulnerable. She has a passion to help people and it was this drive that led to her decision to join the Pearl Home Care team.

During this journey, I gained the insight that without health, a person has great difficulty attaining a substantial quality of life. This insight always keeps me passionate about making a difference to the lives of people in order to live the life they want, safely and independently at home.
