Trefoil Care Services provides high quality and accessible care services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Trefoil Care Services provide a range of in-home and community care services including:

• Community nursing care for high care needs
• Specialised assessment of skills, abilities and needs
• Therapeutic support
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Independent living skills and community access programs
• Housekeeping – home help and domestic assistance
• Support for primary carers – respite care
• Home and garden maintenance
• Disability home modification quotations service
• Rehabilitation
• Respite care

Individually tailored care plans are developed in consultation with clients and their families and/or guardians to ensure their care needs are being met. Trefoil Care Services try to ensure each client is as independent as possible, whilst being supported within the home and wider community. Services can be from as little as one hour per month.
