Our Centres | Overview

Environment and Accommodation Services
Each SummitCare centre is configured with single, twin and multi-bed rooms. Every centre has access to well appointed sitting and communal space where residents and relatives are welcome to set up for visiting or to hold a family gathering. Residents should feel welcome to sit and enjoy the television or participate in the scheduled activities program organised by our recreational activities staff.

SummitCare works with a professional interior designer to make sure that colour coordination and furniture is appropriate for the needs of our residents. We pride ourselves on making our environments pleasant and welcoming. We also work with a professional gardening firm to make sure external space is accessible and each centre regularly hosts barbeques and other functions to involve families in the day to day activities.

Daily Services

All daily requirements are catered for. Each of our centres have in place communal dining rooms where residents can choose to enjoy any meal of the day.

All our centres work closely with the local community and we have arrangements for all religious requirements. We work to make sure our programs are meaningful, and age & gender appropriate. Importantly, residents can chose to part-take in small group, large group or individually designed programs.

Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement
We have comprehensive quality management systems which actively reviews every part of our service. Our management systems include a monitoring process that ensures we are meeting our objectives and that we are constantly striving for even greater excellence.

How we're different

We know this from feedback we have received over the years from residents and their loved ones.

Our promise to relatives is to provide peace of mind.
This means communicating regularly, negotiating care outcomes & providing continuous quality assurance.
