Juniper Northam Community Home Care

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), is a basic support service to older people in their homes funded by Government and includes:

• support for your social activities
• assistance with your household functions
• assistance with outside essentials such as your shopping and banking needs
• low level personal care.

Juniper's Low Care services (Level 2) can support you with everyday tasks so that you can remain independent in your own home. And, should you require, Juniper also provide High Care (Level 3 and 4) services in the home.

Care staff at Juniper understand the specialised assistance you or your loved one may need, so their commitment is to help individuals live life the way they choose. Juniper's friendly and professional Community Support Workers will support you to live as independently as possible.

If you are a primary carer and you need a rest, Juniper also offers respite services providing in-home support while you take a well-deserved break.
