Bethanie Elanora Makes Use of WA Seniors Week Grant

Each year COTA WA offers a Community Grants Program to help meet the cost of hosting Seniors Week events. This year WA Seniors Week ran from Sunday 10 to Sunday 17 November 2019.

Bethanie Elanora Aged Care Home were pleased to have been a successful recipient of a grant, which supported a much-enjoyed visit from Old McDonald’s Travelling Farm. On 14^th November the aged care home welcomed animals including lambs, chickens and rabbits. Thanks to the COTA WA grant funds, residents, family members and staff all enjoyed the visit.

During Seniors Week 2019, events and activities were held across Western Australia to acknowledge and appreciate seniors for their valued contribution to society.
