Bring a Friend Along For Morning Tea At Bethanie Waters

on Friday, May 10, 2019

Bethanie, Western Australia’s most recognised not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider is encouraging people to bring a friend along to Bethanie Waters Retirement Villages’ Open Morning on Thursday 16th May for a chance to not only see what it’s like to live in these villas, but to get a feel for the welcoming, active and inclusive resident community.

From 10:30am – 12:30pm attendees will enjoy light refreshments, a tour of the village and have the chance to hear from other village residents who only wished they had moved in sooner. People can also find out more about the current incentive to receive a $500 prepaid Visa Card for anyone who refers a friend to purchase a villa, a gift the purchaser will also enjoy.

Bethanie Waters are also offering the chance to Live for Free for two years on selected villas. They are waiving the Weekly Village Levies, over a two-year period, leaving a nice little savings account to be spent however a buyer chooses.

Weekly levies cover the costs associated with operating the village on a day to day basis, including insurance on the building, security and emergency alarm system, shire and water rates and maintenance of village facilities such as general repairs, cleaning of the clubhouse facilities, costs to run the pool and the gym and gardening to name a few.

Welcoming, active and inclusive, the positive village vibe is contagious at Bethanie Waters. It offers residents an exciting range of lifestyle facilities and activities in a resort-style environment including a clubhouse, active Men’s Shed, bowling green, heated swimming pool, gymnasium, hair salon, crafts room and much more.

Bethanie Waters is a popular village if you’re considering a future of relaxed, social and secure retirement living. You’ll be welcomed into a dynamic and active community where villas are designed to provide an attractive and practical alternative to living in the general community. The villas offer stylish and comfortable accommodation for one or two people.

Located in the coastal suburb of Port Kennedy, there are many beaches close by, as well as a golf course, shopping centres, a medical centre and a local library. Bethanie Waters is just a stone’s throw from the bustling hub of Rockingham with its pristine beachfront area.

Villas start from $335,000, for more info call Bethanie on 131 151
