St Luke’s Green Prepares For 2nd Birthday Celebration

The air is buzzing with anticipation at St Luke’s Green as the vibrant retirement community in Woollongabba prepares for their 2nd birthday celebrations. Village Manager, Alison Fynes-Clinton said "For two years, St Luke’s Green has welcomed people into the beauty and warmth of our unique community. We’re excited to be joined by The Blenders on Saturday, the 13th of April for an inspiring performance to remember, held right at home in our Village."

The Blenders are an internationally acclaimed choir, recently appearing in Carnegie Hall, Australia’s Got Talent and The X Factor. Members of the Brisbane community are invited to join the residents of St Luke’s Green, Woolloongabba for the concert and the following celebrations. The Blenders will be performing in the Spanish-Mission-Style, St Luke’s Church which lies in the heart of the village and is the perfect venue for guests to experience the amazing acoustics.

Following the concert, St Luke’s Green has invited both residents and guests to tour the village’s display apartments and enjoy canapes, punch and birthday cake together on the Village Green. "This will be a great opportunity for local Brisbane seniors to come and check out our village, tour our community areas, sample some delicious food, and take a peek at some of our available retirement apartments," said Alison.
