Lifeview Appoints Mr. Tibor Paller as New Hospitality Services Manager

Lifeview Residential Care has appointed Consultant Chef, Mr. Tibor Paller as its new Hospitality Services Manager.  

Tibor is a professional Chef, Mentor and Blogger who has an extensive background working nationally and internationally, in management and consulting roles.  

He has a passion for producing great food, and through his very successful Facebook page; Tibor’s Kitchen, has become a renowned expert in texture-modified meals for the aged care and health industries.      

Lifeview CEO Madeline Gall says, “We are very excited to have Tibor on board with us, he will be a great asset to the team”.    

“Tibor’s innovation with food, in particular texture modified meals is amazing and it is extremely important to us, and for those living in aged care, to have a variety of great food that is delicious, nutritious and visually appealing”, she added.    

Chef Tibor Paller says, “I am thrilled to be part of the Lifeview Team. I have always had a passion for making good food and believe that the love of food doesn’t just stop with age.    

“The residents of Lifeview are already very well catered for, they choose what goes on the menus and work with the chefs in each home to design menus that are appealing and nutritious for all.    

 “It is an honour for me to be able to share new ideas and to be able to offer improved texture modified meals for those residents who require their meals in this manner, particularly for those with dysphagia or living with dementia, as well as having the opportunity to pass on my expertise in   this area to Lifeview’s passionate chefs”, he added.    

Tibor is also an educator and will be speaking at several upcoming conferences including, being a key speaker at the Aged Care Summit, in Brisbane in August, and The Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare in October, where he will discuss “You are what you eat”.
