Amy Andrews Joins Braemar

on Thursday, August 2, 2018

Aged care capital works specialist Amy Andrews has joined the senior leadership team at Braemar Presbyterian Care in the newly established position of Project and Asset Manager.

Previously holding a project management role at Baptistcare WA, Ms Andrews successfully managed a range of projects.

These included the management of a significant capital works program, which saw the simultaneous restoration of all building services across nine locations.

Ms Andrews commenced her career at Holcim Australia, gaining experience in engineering and quality assurance during the construction of a concrete batching plant for Chevron on Barrow Island.  During 5 years at Holcim she completed many projects within the engineering departments across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Ms Andrews later went on to be involved in the Perth Airport Terminal 1 Domestic Pier (Virgin Australia) and International Departures Expansion project before making the move to the aged care sector.

At Braemar, Ms Andrews will work with CEO Wayne Belcher to achieve the organisation’s expansion and diversification goals, including the regeneration of Braemar’s Bicton site.
