on Friday, December 22, 2017

Leading Western Australian aged care provider, Amana Living, has announced its acquisition of Settlers Meadow Springs Retirement Village in Mandurah from the Ingenia Communities Group.

The acquisition is part of Amana Living’s growth strategy and commitment to expanding its offering for Western Australian seniors.  The sale includes an adjacent parcel of vacant land.

Stephanie Buckland, CEO of Amana Living, said: “Mandurah and the Peel region has a growing need for quality aged care services. This acquisition provides us with the opportunity to offer an integrated service hub which will include independent living units, residential care and a home care base.”

The village will be renamed Amana Living Meadow Springs Retirement Village and offer senior West Australians the opportunity to live in the Peel region and to age in place.

Settlement takes place on 31 January 2018.
