Aurrum's Spring Scarecrow Competition

Each Aurrum site in New South Wales and Victoria recently participated in a fun spring scarecrow building contest. Residents and Aurrum employees came up with a concept for their scarecrow and worked together for about six weeks bringing their masterpieces to life.

Everyone who participated did a fantastic job in creating their brilliant scarecrows. The competition was fierce with Aurrum Erina taking home 1st place followed by Aurrum Wyoming and Aurrum Reservoir.

The staff and residents had an amazing time working together as a team showing off their creativity. The residents at Aurrum's aged care residences enjoy a wide range of lifestyle activities and new stimulating projects are always exciting and motivating.

All of the scarecrows are on display in the beautiful gardens of each residence for residents and family members to enjoy.
